I know, I know it’s been a while. I have been MIA but I am back! I took a break as I had some personal issues going on and I didn’t really feel motivated to write, plus not much with my hair was happening and it almost felt like a force to try something new just so I could post, which isn’t what my blog is about. It is supposed to be a fun experience sharing my journey with you all but instead it started to feel like it was becoming a chore, so I thought the best thing for me to do was to take a step back for a while which I have… And now I’m back 🙂
So, let’s get stuck in! For the longest while now I have been needing a new hair dryer but didn’t really know which one to buy. I have been using a comb and holding the blow dryer to blow out my hair for literally years now and it really does kill my arm after a while. One day I was scrolling through YouTube and came across the Revlon One Step Hair Dryer which initially I thought was a large paddle brush. After viewing this post I began to come across it on different social media outlets in the explore pages so I thought I’d order and try it out.
The hair dryer is just a dream! It is so easy to use, it isn’t heavy at all so it doesn’t weigh down my arm and overall id give it a 10/10. There are three heat settings so you can toggle to each one as you wish. I started off on the low setting and finished off with two brush throughs on each section on the high setting. The detangling bristles where really good too, especially if you have thick hair or find it hard to tame at times.
You must know though that the brush is only quite hot more toward the top half of the product. For me this is fine as I have really limited the amount of heat I apply to my hair. I have only blow dried my hair three times since fully deciding to take this journey in August so a product like this is perfect for me.
Once I get a decent camera I will video posts like these for you all so you can actually see the results in real time.
Thanks for reading!
